Known Issues for Premiere Elements (SR plug-in)

Advanced/Expert mode required to use Neat Video (most versions)
Premiere Elements will show third-party effects/plug-ins only if it works in Advanced/Expert mode. If you currently use Premiere Elements in Quick mode, please switch to Advanced/Expert mode to be able to use Neat Video.

Auto Save hangs Premiere Elements if Neat Video window is open
If Neat Video plug-in window is open and Premiere Elements' Auto Save dialog pops up, then Premiere Elements hangs. To prevent that please turn off the Auto Save feature in Preferences of Premiere Elements.
Copy-Pasting Neat Video effect creates memory leak (Premiere Elements 12)
Premiere Elements leaks memory when copying the effect using copy and paste commands due to a bug in Premiere Elements (restarting it restores the memory resources).
