List of profiling techniques, from the most desirable to the least desirable from the standpoint of accuracy:

1. Select a 100x100+ uniform feature-less patch in the frame (chosen for profiling) and use Rough Analyzer once to build a rough profile; then fine-tune the profile: use Auto Fine-Tune once or use manual Fine-Tune to analyze several featureless areas, the larger in size the better;
   
   
   
   
2. Use method (1) with a smaller (60x60+) area in a frame from your current video sequence;
   
   
   
   
3. Use method (1) with a frame from another video sequence from the same video capturing device working in the same or similar mode; then additionally fine-tune the resulting profile by analysing a frame from your current video sequence: use Auto Fine-Tune once or use manual Fine-Tune on several featureless areas;
   
   
   
   
4. Get a ready-made profile made from a similar video sequence produced by another capturing device of the same model; then additionally fine-tune the resulting profile by analysing a frame from your current video sequence: use Auto Fine-Tune once or use manual Fine-Tune on several featureless areas;
