Known Hardware Issues
Crashes and GPU errors (overclocked CPU and/or RAM)
Running Neat Video 5.x on a system with an overclocked CPU and/or overclocked RAM (using non-standard XMP profiles or manual voltage adjustments) may lead to:
- Crashes with a dump file being generated by the plug-in;
- GPU errors reported mentioning "unknown error (999)".
When the problem is caused by overclocking, returning the CPU and RAM to stock frequencies and voltage (the standard XMP profile for the RAM) resolves the issue.
