Known Hardware Issues

Current Issues

• Crashes and GPU errors (overclocked CPU and/or RAM)
  Running Neat Video 5.x on a system with an overclocked CPU and/or overclocked RAM (using non-standard XMP profiles or manual voltage adjustments) may lead to:

  • Crashes with a dump file being generated by the plug-in;
  • GPU errors reported mentioning "unknown error (999)."

  Solution: When the problem is caused by overclocking, returning the CPU and RAM to stock frequencies and voltage (the standard XMP profile for the RAM) resolves the issue.
