New Version Of Neat Video

Post by gomactrading »

I noticed a previous answer regarding having a new version sometime in September 2006. It is January 2007 now and 1.5 is still the latest. Any info regarding when the new version will be available? Also will it be optimized for AMD Dual core ? Thank you.

I expect an update in Q1 2007.

NV is already optimized for Dual core processors, though there will be more improvements in the new versions.

Switching to 64 bits could be quite expensive in terms of development yet there would be little speed benefit for NV filters. NV is going to be compatible with new processors regardless of CPU manufacturer.

What are the chances of a Q1 2007 version 2.0 release supporting the Macintosh platform?

I've downloaded the Macintosh Photoshop Neat Image demo plugin and am very impressed with the results that can be obtained. I am looking forward to being able to incorporate your Neat Video product into my workflow.

I think Q1 may be possible but Q2 is a more realistic expectation for the Mac version.

Plug-in For Virtual Dub

Post by gomactrading »

First quarter of 2007 is gone. When will you really have an upgrade for this plug-in for virtual dub?

Hi,

I tried the demo of the Premiere plugin and I think about buying the home-version. Now I've read, there will be released an updatet version in the next days. Will this update be for free?

I purchased Neat Video 2.0 for Vegas about an hour ago. The demo version really impressed me. Within 10 minutes I knew I had to buy it! I'm just waiting for my license now...
