Fix a bad denoised video

Post by jpsdr »

Hello.

I wanted to know if you think it's possible to fix a bad denoised video. Unfortunately, as i loved i could, i don't have access to the video before the damage.
If possible, do you have an e-mail address i can send you an ftp server informations i'll put a sample on so you can see the result, and just tell me if you think it's possible to fix the mess, even of course it would have been better to have "original"...

if there is not enough noise reduction, it may possible to reduce the remaining noise. If there is too much noise reduction, you cannot do much about it I am afraid.

It's more like flickering, one frame has noise, the other less, then it's coming back...

You could try to apply the filter based on a profile built using one of the more noisy frames.
