Neat Video v3.5 update

Neat Video plug-ins have been updated to version 3.5 with several performance and compatibility improvements.

  • Neat Video OFX
    • Added experimental support for DaVinci Resolve 10 (Windows, Mac)
    • Added initial support for upcoming Nuke 8 (older versions remain supported too)
    • Update from Dec 10: added experimental support for DaVinci Resolve 10 (Linux)
  • Neat Video for Final Cut
    • The FCP plug-in has been optimized for the version 10.0.9 of FCP X
    • The recommended version of FCP X is now 10.0.9 or newer. If you use an older version of FCP X please update it.
  • Neat Video for Premiere (Windows, Mac)
    • Added support for Premiere Elements 12 for Windows and Mac OSX
      (older versions of Premiere Elements remain supported too)
  • Neat Video AVX
    • Added support for Avid DS 11/10.5
      (Media Composer, Symphony and News Cutter remain supported too)
  • Neat Video for Edius
    • Optimized rendering in Edius: overall project render time becomes 15-45% shorter (depending on project and filter settings)
  • All Windows and Linux plug-ins:
    • Added support for new AMD GPUs:
      • AMD Radeon HD 7790;
      • AMD Radeon HD 87xx/88xx/89xx;
      • AMD Radeon R7 260X;
      • AMD Radeon R9 270X/280X/290X;
      • Another AMD/ATI GPU based on one of the following chip series: Bonaire, Hainan, Hawaii
      The following AMD/ATI GPUs remain supported as well:
      • ATI Radeon HD 57xx/58xx/59xx;
      • AMD Radeon HD 67xx/68xx/69xx;
      • AMD Radeon HD 77xx/78xx/79xx;
      • Another AMD/ATI GPU based on one of the following chip series: Juniper, Cypress, Barts, Cayman, Cape Verde, Pitcairn, Tahiti
      Please update the AMD Catalyst drivers to the latest available versions:
      • 13.9 in Windows
      • 13.4 in Linux
  • All Mac OSX plug-ins:
    • Added support for new Mac OS X 10.9
    • Added support for new AMD GPUs: FirePro D300/D500/D700
    • Improved support for AMD GPUs conforming to the Graphics Core Next Architecture
    • Improved plug-in installer
