Yesterday I was able to apply the neat filter to clips. Today, I apply "reduce noise" to a clip and then in the Viewer -> Filters tab, the Reduce Noise filter is there BUT the 'options' button is missing. I tried closing Final cut and restarting. the same issue for different clips. No options button.

Please try to move the FCP windows back to the main monitor. The Options button should be back then.
