I just purchased the pro version of NV. It worked really well at first, but then tried to render an HD file and it crahses after 1% of the render, then I have to close the program. Now it crashes any time I try to render that clip, even in SD. I'm using 32bit and have a new i5 with Vista 32.

32bit - do you mean the version of the software?

Please send to support [at] neatvideo.com any details of the crash (screenshots, crash logs, etc.), we will try to figure out the problem.

Also, please mention which antivirus software you use. Some antiviruses may interfere and cause crashes.

Yes- I'm running Vista 32bit and dowloaded the 32bit version of NV. I don't have any antivirus running on this machine because it's a dedicated edit suit.

If possible please send a small test project with a short clip (1-2 seconds) just allowing to reproduce a crash.
