Can NeatVideo fix frame to frame color flicker?

Howdy:

I have some footage that has picked up some weird artifact where some of the color "flickers" throughout the scene. I'm curious if Neat can average the colors between frames without changing the resolution of the image?

It may be possible. Try to increase the temporal filter radius in Neat Video.
