When applying the filter in Premiere, the frame of the previous one appears in 720 x 288 px. The original one is in the PAL system 720 x 576 px, it is this normal one?.
If use plug-in of VD, it appears well. |

If you work with interlaced project and/or interlaced clip in Premiere then Premiere sends upper and lower fields to the NV plug-in for processing. When you open NV window, you see one of those fields. This is normal. The filter still works correctly and processed all parts of the clip.
VirtualDub, on the other hand, automatically deinterlaces interlaced clips and send progressive frames to the NV plug-in.
Hope this helps.
