It seems as if everything installed properly, and it appears all is well untill I click apply. Then I get a "clip profile not found on Hard Drive" error. Any clues?

It looks like you have build a noise profile for your clip (by default, a new profile is called "clip profile") but haven't saved the noise profile to the hard drive. So, when you click apply and later use NV in Liquid, NV cannot find that unsaved noise profile. Please manually save the noise profile (choosing a self-explaining file name) when you set up NV in a clip and only then click apply. It should work well after that.
