Using the install package, it comes back with this message:
[Re-Scan] No plug-in folders found
Called up Premiere Pro support and they said there should be a "Common" folder in:
/library/application support/adobe/Common
There was no folder called common. He then suggested I delete the entire creative suite and start again. I then flagged that this would be a lengthy process and would it lose all my presets and setups - the answer was yes. Funny enough that wasn't given as a warning with suggestion.
I was then suggested to manually build the folder structure:
Common/plug-ins/7.0/media core
I then pressed Re-Scan button on your installer but still no joy.
Adobe rep then told me to call you.
Can you help please?
Thanks,
Nick.
