|
|
Hi out there.
When I try to apply Neat Video Pro v2.2 in Vegas 9.0e to any kind of video, either on the EventFX or TrackFX, I‘ll get a strange rendering artefact located in the bottom right corner (I attached a screenshot, contrast slightly increased to highlight the problem area).
In my case I use material shot on a Canon 5D Mark II in FullHD, decoded to Avid DNxHD 120Mbit (strangely the 35Mbit preset caused huge qualityloss) for better editing.
The massive noise and artefacts appear due to long usage, sensor overheating.
Does anyone know why I get these artefacts within NV? Help much appreciated =)
Thanks!

Coud you e-mail us (support [at] neatvideo.com) a small test project with a short (1-2 seconds) clip allowing to reproduce this issue in Vegas? We will run your project, reproduce the effect and check what is causing it. If the problem is in NV then we will try to find a solution asap.
Thank you,
