Howdy. We love neat video. Such a great de-noiser, such a great price.

I just tried installing your OFX plug on my Assimilate Scratch system and The controls don't seem to work.

I realize I'm asking alot as it only says it's supported for Nuke and Fusion, but it would be so great if there were just a few "tweaks" that could make it compatible for Scratch. De-noising is hugely helpful in the DI process.

Thanks for your time. For the time being, we'll keep sending shots through AE.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will need to find a way to run it in Assimilate Scratch in controlled conditions to see what can be done there.

Ideally we would need to run it on our computers to directly see what is not working. But if you can describe the problem in more details (perhaps with some screenshots) by e-mail (support [at] neatvideo.com) then it may help too. Perhaps it is something simple to fix.
