Question:

Have a tons of videos with heavy pixelation in some cases the blocks (which are bigger than normal) are moving at different speeds in different directions. Tried using Neat Video to clean some of this up and it does a little bit. Sometimes the motion in the video looks a little bit off (with the settings I am using) Would like to clean up the video/videos were the movement is normal and the blocks are not seen.

"blocks are moving at different speeds in different directions" doesn't sound like noise (Neat Video is a noise filter). Perhaps you can provide an example.
